The Zwerdling Law Firm is proud to announce that partner Heidi Holmquist Wells is the 2022 Humboldt County Bar Association President.
The Humboldt County Bar Association is comprised of a membership of local attorneys. The Association helps to create a social network of attorneys that seek to maintain the honor and dignity of the legal profession and liaise with the State Bar, local Court, and the Honorable Bench of Humboldt County to promote the ends of justice.
Since arriving in Humboldt County in 2010, Ms. Wells has been instrumental in helping residents of the North Coast seek justice. She began her career at the Humboldt County Public Defender’s Office, representing those who were unable to afford an attorney. She then joined Zachary Zwerdling in his established private plaintiff personal injury practice in 2017, representing those who were wronged through the fault of others. After entering private practice, she became an active member of the Humboldt County Bar Association and served as the Association’s Secretary and Vice President. She is proud to have the opportunity to lead this organization into the future in these unprecedented times. While meetings continue to be held remotely due to the pandemic, she looks forward to continuing to foster connectivity within the legal community and help to promote the ends of justice in the place she calls home
