Kim Adams has worked at The Zwerdling Law Firm for 12 years. During that time, she has worked as a legal assistant for Zach Zwerdling and the other attorneys in the office.
Kim’s job responsibilities include the preparation of written discovery and responding to written discovery requests. Kim also handles the preparation of pleadings, and the filing and service of court documents. She is eminently familiar with California Civil Procedure and manages our firm’s statute of limitations and calendaring system. She also works on trial preparation which includes expert witness retention and organizing of records for submission to experts, assembling jury instructions, preparing pre-trial motions and briefs, and arranging for the scheduling of trial witnesses.
Kim, a lifelong Humboldt County resident and graduate of McKinleyville High School, is married to Rodney Adams. They have three beautiful children, and the family loves outdoor activities.
Kim has been a wonderful member of the staff here. She is devoted to our clients and works closely with them to help the attorneys obtain the best results possible. We are very proud to have her on the team.
